Merge tags let you write one template and have Rex fill in each recipient's own details when the message is sent. This article is the full reference: every standard merge tag available in emails, SMS messages and letters, grouped the same way as the categories in the picker.

How To Use This List
You do not need to type any of these tags by hand. In the message editor, click Insert Merge Tag, choose a Category, then pick the tag you want. This list is here so you can check what exists and confirm you have picked the right one.
The headings in this list are the category names from the picker. Once you have found the tag you need, the heading above it tells you which Category to choose to get to it. For example, the auction time tag is listed below under Listing (Auction Details), so in the picker you would choose the Listing (Auction Details) category to find it.
Tags shown with a colon, like {{name:sub}}, are one option out of a set. The primary listing agent, for example, offers a first name, a mobile, an email and more.
Use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F on a Mac) to jump straight to a tag you are looking for.
Please Note: The tags available to you at any one time depend on the record type your template is tied to. A contact template will not offer the listing or contract tags. Your account's own custom fields also appear in the picker automatically and are not listed here, because they are different for every account.
