Rex includes two AI-powered features; AI Admin and AI Prospecting. This article explains how to manage which users have access to features and visibility on credit usage.
AI Prospecting Feature Access
Feature access for AI Prospecting allows you to manage which users have access to this feature in your account. Access is managed on a per-seat basis, so you can choose exactly which users on your account hold an AI Prospecting seat.
How to manage access:
- Go to on Settings
- Click on Users & Security
- Then click on Feature Access
- From here you can check or uncheck the users who should or should not have an AI Prospecting seat
- Click on Save Changes
AI Admin Feature Access
For AI Admin credits, individual allowances and the shared pool are set by your account owner. Super Admins can then use the feature access page to monitor consumption, manage user access, and contact us via support when you need a top-up.
Credits are used from a user's individual allowance first, then from the shared agency pool. Within each, monthly credits are used before add-ons so the rolling balances don't expire.Rex AI Admin feature access Usage is measured in credits.
