AI Admin is a voice and text assistant in Rex CRM and Rex Pocket that lets you update your CRM using plain, everyday language. No forms, no extra steps. Just say or type what happened, and AI Admin works out the best actions to take, shows you a plan, and makes the changes once you approve.

Where to Find AI Admin
AI Admin is available on both desktop and mobile.
On desktop (Rex CRM): Click the AI Admin icon in the top right of the toolbar, just to the left of your profile picture.
In Rex Pocket:
- Make sure you're running the latest version of Rex Pocket
- Open the Rex Pocket app
- Tap the AI Admin button in the bottom menu
Please Note: If you don't see the AI Admin button in Pocket, check that your app is up to date via the App Store or Google Play.
