Allocating AI Prospecting Seats
AI Prospecting is allocated by seat, so you decide which users in your agency have access. To manage seats, go to Settings > Users & Security > Feature Access > AI Prospecting and allocate seats to the relevant users.
Configuring the Daily List
Super Admins can customise how AI Prospecting works for their team via Settings > Advanced Settings > AI Prospecting.
Available options include:
- Maximum contacts shown per agent, control the size of each agent's daily list
- Contact visibility, determine which contacts agents can see in their list. Defaults to "Contacts agents can update", but can also be set to "Contacts agents own"
