Rex AI Prospecting provides agents with a daily ranked list of up to 60 contacts per agent, scored by AI based on buying and selling signals already in Rex. Each contact card shows:
- Why Call Now? the AI rationale (expandable)
- 3 to 5 tailored talking points specific to that contact's situation
- Check During Call checklist covering the key things to cover
- Suggested next actions such as log call, set reminder, send email or SMS
Contacts are grouped into six categories based on their signals:
- Urgent, highest priority, act today
- Contact Today, strong signals, timely outreach
- Hot/Warm Seller, showing seller intent
- Hot/Warm Buyer, showing buyer intent
- Excellent Opportunity, multi-signal contacts
- Sale/Purchase Anniversary, around 12 months since last transaction
There's also a check-box here to Show Urgent Contacts Only, which can be toggled on or off at any time.
Categories are layered on top of the 0 to 100 score. They're not fixed thresholds, but relative to each day's list.
From each contact card, without leaving the prospecting screen, agents can:
- Log Call, record the outcome (connected, voicemail, no answer, wrong number), notes, and talking points used
- Save & Add Reminder, mark as contacted and create a follow-up task in one step
- Email, opens a pre-drafted email using the agent's talking points, with an AI Generate button
- SMS, opens the SMS modal with an AI Generate button
- Dismiss, remove from the list with a reason dropdown and optional free-text note
- View the Contact Drawer, full contact detail, activity timeline, property links, and buyer/seller tags
Note the clickable viewing options along the top of the list. Select appropriately to view only:
- All Contacts, a combined view of buyers, sellers, renters, and nurture contacts
- Sellers, contacts showing signals of selling intent
- Nurture, contacts requiring relationship building and long-term engagement
- Buyers, active buyers searching for properties
- Renters, active renters searching for rental properties
