How does the AI Prospecting scoring work in detail?
Each contact is scored 0 to 100 based on signals from their CRM record. Key signals include:
- Private inspections in the last 7, 30 or 60 days, the strongest buyer signal
- Open home attendance and portal enquiries
- Email clicks and engagement
- Appraisal engagement, the strongest seller signal
- Property ownership, whether they own or have sold recently
- Days since last agent touch, with a sweet spot of 45 to 120 days
- Sale or purchase anniversary, 350 to 380 days since their last property sold
- Multi-signal contacts, showing both buyer and seller signals at once
How does AI Prospecting decide who to surface?
It scans your database each night using a scoring engine. The simple way to think about it is Action + Time = Score. Each agent gets their own ranked list, built from the contacts they can see. The list resets and regenerates each night, so the previous day's dismissed or contacted state does not carry forward.
What signals does AI Prospecting read?
The four primary activity types are phone activity, email activity, portal enquiries, and inspection attendance. These are combined with appraisal engagement, property ownership, and contact history to produce the nightly score.
How does contact dismissal work, and why does it matter?
Agents can dismiss contacts they don't agree with by selecting a reason from a dropdown and optionally adding a free-text note. This matters because dismissing with a reason helps improve how your list is ranked over time. Adding a note where you can makes the next day's list more relevant.
How many contacts does an agent see per day?
Up to 60 contacts per day. This is the maximum. It can be configured lower by admins via Settings > Advanced Settings > AI Prospecting, but cannot be set above 60.
Is AI Prospecting available on mobile?
No. AI Prospecting is desktop-first and only available via Rex CRM (web). It is not available in the Pocket app.
