Rex Hub Settings is where you set your agency's branding for Rex Hub, and choose which features your vendors can see in their portal by default.

How Do I Open Rex Hub Settings? 🔒
You need the Access Administration Settings privilege to reach Rex Hub Settings. If you do not have it, Rex will tell you rather than showing you the screen, and your Rex administrator can grant it.
- Choose Settings from the main menu.
- Open Agency & Branding.
- Select Rex Hub Settings from the left side menu.
- Once your credentials are authenticated, click the blue Open Rex Hub Settings button.
What Branding Can I Set?
In this area you can add or update your brand settings:
- Logos (Primary & Secondary)
- Brand Colours (Accent & Navigation)
- Brand Fonts (set Text Styles or upload fonts as needed)
What Feature Preferences Can I Set?
Feature Preferences is where you manage what your clients can access by default on your Rex Hub platforms. You can choose to show, or not show, the following:
- Offers
- Marketing Costs
- Approval/feedback for Marketing
- Vendor Presentation mode
- Promote Reach marketing
- Enquiry Source & Price Indication charts
- Last name initial for interested parties (Contacts attached to feedback etc.)
- Buyer interest level (the interest chart, the hot, warm and cold labels, and interest-level filtering)
These settings apply to your whole account, so they are a principal or office admin decision rather than something set per listing or per vendor.
What Happens When I Hide Buyer Interest Level?
Switching buyer interest level off removes all of it from the vendor portal at once, so nothing shows through on a page someone forgot about.
Hidden from the vendor portal:
- The interest-level chart on the Overview, including the interested-groups count and the percentage breakdown
- The hot, warm and cold attendee count boxes on event detail
- The interest level labels on feedback cards and on attendees
- Interest-level filtering and sorting. The portal falls back to a default sort instead
- The unranked group, which is hidden along with the rest
Still shown to your vendors:
- The feedback note itself, with its price indication, date and agent
- The Enquiry Source and Price Indication charts
- Events, offers, marketing and documents
⚠️ Please Note: Hiding interest level does not hide the feedback. Your vendors still see what each buyer said, the price they indicated, when they said it and which agent recorded it. Only the hot, warm or cold rating is removed.
⚠️ Please Note: Your agents are not affected. Interest level works exactly as before inside Rex, including the chart and tags in Buyer Mode and searching or sorting buyers by interest level. See The Contact Record: Heat / Interest Level Indicator.
⚠️ Please Note: This setting covers the Rex Hub portal only. The vendor report still shows interest level, in both the online report and the PDF version. If you need it removed from your reports as well, let Rex Support know.
Buyer interest level stays visible in the portal until you choose to switch it off, so nothing changed for your vendors unless you change it.
Rex Hub Login Email
Customise the email vendors receive when you share their Rex Hub login link. Switch from the Rex default to your own message, and choose whether the email shows the Rex default image or an image from the listing.
Found under Settings > Agency & Branding > Rex Hub Settings. Click Open Rex Hub Settings, then select Rex Hub Login Email.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to ask Rex to turn buyer interest level off?
No. It is your own setting in Rex Hub Settings, and you can change it back at any time.
Will my vendors stop seeing interest level everywhere?
In the Rex Hub portal, yes. The vendor report still shows interest level, in both the online version and the PDF.
Do my agents lose interest level too?
No. Nothing changes inside Rex. Your team still sees the chart and the hot, warm and cold tags, and can still search and sort buyers by interest level.
Can I hide it for one listing and show it for another?
Not at the moment. Feature Preferences apply to your whole account.
If I hide interest level, do my vendors lose the buyer feedback as well?
No. The feedback note, the price indication, the date and the agent all stay. Only the rating is removed.
What happens to buyers with no interest level recorded?
They are hidden along with everyone else. An unrated buyer is not shown as a separate group once the setting is off.
Did anything change for us automatically?
No. Interest level keeps showing to your vendors until you decide otherwise.
