To add or update your Branding, or set your Feature Preferences for Rex Hub, log into Rex and follow the steps below:
- Choose Settings from the main menu.
- Open Agency & Branding.
- Select Rex Hub Settings from the left side menu.
- Once your credentials are authenticated, click the blue Open Rex Hub Settings button.
In this area, you can:
Add or update your Brand settings:
- Logos (Primary & Secondary)
- Brand Colours (Accent & Navigation)
- Brand Fonts (set Text Styles or upload fonts as needed)
And set your Feature Preferences. This is where you manage what your clients can access by default on your Rex Hub platforms. You can choose to show (or not show) the following:
- Offers
- Marketing Costs
- Approval/feedback for Marketing
- Vendor Presentation mode
- Promote Reach marketing
- Enquiry Source & Price Indication charts
- Last name initial for interested parties (Contacts attached to feedback etc.)
Rex Hub Login Email
Customise the email vendors receive when you share their Rex Hub login link. Switch from the Rex default to your own message, and choose whether the email shows the Rex default image or an image from the listing.
Found under Settings > Agency & Branding > Rex Hub Settings. Click Open Rex Hub Settings, then select Rex Hub Login Email.
