When you share Rex Hub with a vendor, they receive an email with a login link. By default this email uses the standard Rex template. You can replace it with your own message and image so it matches your agency.
This article covers how to set up a custom login email, choose the image, and switch back to the default.
Where to Find the Setting
Go to Settings > Agency & Branding > Rex Hub Settings, click Open Rex Hub Settings, then select Rex Hub Login Email.
Choosing the Email Template
At the top of the Rex Hub Login Email screen, choose between two options:
- Rex Default: sends the standard Rex login email. This is selected by default, so if you make no changes, vendors keep receiving the existing email.
- Custom Email: lets you set your own message and image.
Select Custom Email to show the message and image options.
Adding Your Own Message
- Select Custom Email.
- Enter your message in the body field. A message is required when Custom Email is selected.
- Click Save.
Please Note: Your message appears below an automatic greeting that already addresses the vendor, so there is no need to start with "Hello" or add the vendor's name yourself.
You can use this space to tell vendors what to do once they log in, for example reviewing their marketing or approving their documents.
Choosing the Email Image
Below the message, choose which image appears in the email:
- Use Rex Default Image: keeps the standard Rex image. This is selected by default.
- Use the Listing Image: shows an image from the listing instead.
Click Save once you have made your choice.
Switching Back to the Rex Default
To return to the standard email at any time, go back to Settings > Agency & Branding > Rex Hub Settings, click Open Rex Hub Settings, select Rex Hub Login Email, choose Rex Default, and click Save.
