The Overview is the first page your vendor sees when they open Rex Hub, and it is the page you will use most when you review campaign progress with them.
This article covers what the Overview shows, where the interest level chart appears, how your vendor moves between pages, and what happens when they have more than one property with you.
What Is on the Overview Page?
When entering Rex Hub, your vendor (or you, in preview mode) will default to the Overview page. The Overview contains:
- Property & Listing Campaign details at the top, along with a professional Presentation. This allows you to present key stats and marketing images in a slideshow during vendor meetings, and offers a polished experience when reviewing campaign progress together.
- A breakdown of key total metrics across the campaign, including Days on Market, Enquiries, Events & Attendees and Offers.
- A brief summary of recent activity on each page within the Hub, each with an option to View All.
Where Does the Interest Level Chart Appear?
An Interest Level chart appears on the Overview once feedback has been recorded against the listing with an interest level of hot, warm or cold. If no feedback has been rated, there is no chart to show.

⚠️ Please Note: Your agency can choose not to show buyer interest level to vendors at all. If that setting is switched off, the Interest Level chart is removed from the Overview and from the Feedback page, along with the interest labels on individual feedback notes. Every other metric on the Overview stays exactly as it is. The setting is account-wide and is changed in your Rex Hub settings, covered in Welcome to Rex Hub: Rex Hub Branding & Feature Preference Settings.
How Does My Vendor Move Between Pages?
The left side menu contains the Agent Details, along with links to the pages below. Click any of them for more information on that page.
⚠️ Please Note: Which of these pages your vendor can see depends on your agency's Feature Preferences. If a page or a section is missing for a vendor, check your Rex Hub settings first.
What if a Vendor Has More Than One Property?
If a vendor has multiple properties on the market with you at the same time, they can move between them by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the property address.

Why is there no Interest Level chart on the Overview?
Either no feedback has been recorded with an interest level of hot, warm or cold yet, or your agency has switched buyer interest level off in its Rex Hub settings.
Can I see the Overview the way my vendor sees it?
Yes. Preview mode shows you the same Overview page your vendor lands on.
A page is missing from my vendor's left side menu. Why?

What is the Presentation for?
It presents key stats and marketing images as a slideshow, which is useful when you are sitting down with a vendor to review how the campaign is tracking.
My vendor has two properties with us but can only see one. What should I check?
