The Feedback page shows your vendor the feedback your team has gathered on their property, so they can see what buyers are actually saying about it.
This article covers what appears on the Feedback page, how your vendor can filter and group the notes, and what changes if your agency hides buyer interest level.
What Appears on the Feedback Page?
The Feedback page pulls in all Feedback entries added to the Listing in Rex that are approved for reporting.
This includes Interest Level and Price Indication charts based on the pieces of feedback you have gathered, as well as all feedback notes added to the Listing and approved for reporting.
How Can Feedback Notes Be Filtered and Grouped?
Feedback notes can be filtered by type:
- Enquiry (with an additional option to show enquiries without comments)
- Private Inspection
- Open Home
- Follow-up
- Offer
And can be grouped by:
- Date
- Name
- Interest Level (Hot, Warm, Cold)
- Feedback Type
What Changes if My Agency Hides Buyer Interest Level?
Your agency can choose not to show buyer interest level in the vendor portal. If that setting is switched off, the following is removed from the Feedback page:
- The Interest Level chart at the top of the page
- The interest level label on each feedback note
- Grouping by Interest Level, which is no longer offered as an option
Everything else on the page stays exactly as described above. Your vendor still sees each feedback note in full, with its price indication, the date and the agent, plus the Price Indication chart and all the other filters and grouping options.
⚠️ Please Note: This is an account-wide setting, so it applies to every listing and every vendor. It is changed in your Rex Hub settings, covered in Welcome to Rex Hub: Rex Hub Branding & Feature Preference Settings.
⚠️ Please Note: Hiding interest level in the portal does not change anything for your team. Interest level still works as normal inside Rex, and it still appears on the vendor report.

Why is a piece of feedback missing from this page?
Only feedback approved for reporting appears here. Check the feedback entry on the Listing in Rex and make sure it is approved.
The Interest Level chart has disappeared. Why?
Your agency has most likely switched buyer interest level off in its Rex Hub settings. That hides the chart, the labels on each note, and grouping by interest level.
Can I hide interest level on one listing only?
No. The setting applies to your whole account, not to individual listings or vendors.
If interest level is hidden, does my vendor lose the feedback as well?
No. The note itself, the price indication, the date and the agent all stay. Only the hot, warm or cold rating is removed.
Does hiding it in the portal remove it from the vendor report too?
No. The vendor report still shows interest level, in both the online version and the PDF.
