The Sold Listings dashboard summarises sold listings in your database and examines the agency's or agent's gross commissions. You can also view an attributed commission leaderboard.
Filters
A filter appears at the top of the dashboard that includes date range, users, contract status and listing types.
Date Range
When you select This year to date, the comparison setting is year-on-year. The comparison is year-on-year for all options except Last 30 days and Last 90 days. This comparison setting applies across most dashboard fields, shown in red or green text below the percentages and totals.
Users
You can refine the dashboard down to a single agent, a group of agents, or just the first listing agent using the user filter.
Contract Status
This filter defines what counts as a sold listing. You can set it as Under Contract, Settled or Unconditional. Listings are counted as sold when the active contract reaches this status.
Listing Type
You can refine the dashboard down to specific listing types.
Please Note: rental listings are not included in the dashboard data.
