- Open the Contact record
- In the right-hand pane, hover over 'Mailing Lists'
- Click the Red 'pen' icon
- Select a Mailing List from the dropdown
- Click 'Add'
- Click 'Save'
Manually Unsubscribe a Contact from a Mailing List
When you receive notification from a client that they would like to unsubscribe from a Mailing List, follow the below instructions to complete the unsubscribe:
- Open the Contact record
- In the right-hand pane, hover over 'Mailing Lists'
- Click the Red 'pen' icon
- Hover over the Mailing List they want to be unsubscribed from
- Click the Grey drop-down arrow
- Click 'Unsubscribe'
- This will open a dialoge box, select a reason for the unsubscribe:
- Already found a property / sold / leased property
- Content included in this email is not relevant
- Content included in this email is not of interest
- Doesn't remember signing up for this mailing list
- Have gone with another agent
- The emails are sent too frequently
- Other / Reason not given
- Click 'Unsubscribe'
- Click 'Save'
