Mailing Lists: Adding and Removing from Contacts
Adding a Mailing List to a Contact
- Open the Contact Record
- From the right-hand pane, select the Red 'pen' icon next to Mailing Lists
- Select the Mailing List from the drop-down
- Click 'Add' - repeat steps 3 & 4 for all required Mailing Lists
- Click 'Save'
Removing a Mailing List from a Contact
- Open the Contact Record
- From the right-hand pane, select the Red 'pen' icon next to Mailing Lists
- Hover over the Mailing List you want to remove/delete and click the Grey drop-down box
- Click 'Unsubscribe'
- Select a reason for unsubscribing the Contact from the drop-down
- Click 'Unsubscribe'
- Click 'Save'
