Adding a Mailing List
- Go to 'Contacts'
- Select the Contacts you want to add the Mailing List to
- Click 'Mass Actions'
- Select 'Add Mailing List'
- Select the Mailing List you wish to add from the drop down
- Click 'Add Mailing List'
- Click 'Confirm'
- A pop-up box will confirm the following information:
- Number of records selected
- Number of records which failed to update
- Number of records which were skipped
- Number of records which were updated
- You can view update logs by clicking the Blue hyperlink to 'view update log' which will open a pop out of information regarding the changes made.
Please note: Any Contacts that have previously been unsubscribed from a Mailing List cannot have that Mailing List added or removed with this mass action. This is in order to comply with spam policies.
Removing a Mailing List
- Go to 'Contacts'
- Click 'Filter Contacts'
- Click 'Advanced'
- Click 'Add criteria'
- Select 'Contact Details - Mailing List' from the first drop down
- Add additional criteria as required
- Click 'Apply Filter'
- Select the Contacts you want to remove the Mailing List from
- Click 'Mass Actions'
- Select 'Remove Mailing List'
- Select the Mailing List you wish to remove from the dropdown
- Click 'Remove Mailing List'
- Click 'Confirm'
- A pop-up box will confirm the following information:
- Number of records selected
- Number of records which failed to update
- Number of records which were skipped
- Number of records which were updated
