Realestate.com.au lets you change the email address enquiries are sent to from within their own back-end (Agent Admin). This article shows you how to point your REA enquiries to your Rex Leads address.
Before you start, you'll need your Leads email address. See Leads: Finding Your Leads Email Address.
Updating Your Email in Agent Admin
- Log in to Agent Admin at realestate.com.au.
- Go to Manage Profiles > Edit Profiles (Your Agents) to see your agents and their current contact emails.
- Click the edit icon to the right of the agent.
- Change the contact email to your normal email address, followed by a comma and a space, then your Leads address. For example:
- agent@yourrealestateoffice.com.au, 123.1234@leaddrop.rexsoftware.com
- Click Save at the bottom of the agent's profile.
Listing your normal address first means any reports from REA still go to your normal inbox, while leads are sent to the second (Leads) address and into Rex.
