Before you can set up Leads on a portal, you need the Rex Leads Dropbox email address that enquiries will be sent to. There are three ways to get it, depending on whose address you need.
Please Note: If you're an admin setting up Leads for all users, you'll need each agent's Leads Dropbox address. You can copy these from Users & Security (see below), or contact support@rexsoftware.com.au.
Your Own Leads Address
- In the top right-hand corner of Rex, click the icon showing your initials (e.g. "RT") or your profile picture.
- Select My Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, choose Leads.
- Copy the address shown under Your Leads Dropbox Address.
Another User's Leads Address
- Go to Settings > Users & Security.
- Hover over the user and click the dropdown arrow.
- Select Copy Leads Email. The address is copied to your clipboard, ready to paste.
The Agency Leads Address
Use this if you want all leads sent to one generic address that you then assign to agents.
- From the left-side menu, go to Settings, then under Other choose Advanced Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, choose Leads.
- Copy the address shown under Your Leads Dropbox Address.
Once you have your address, the next step is to add it to your portals.
