After creating a user, you'll need to setup some privileges for that user. While you can create custom Roles or assign individual Privileges to a user, Rex has some default Roles that you can use. This have commonly used privileges for users.
Adding a Role to a User
If you're not already viewing the users profile, from the left side menu go to Settings > Under other, go to Users & Security and open the profile of the user you wish to modify:
- Go into the Privileges tab
- Click Assign Role - if the user already has a Role, click Change Role
- Select a Role by clicking Switch to Role - see the blurb for more info about the role. For more detail, contact Rex support
- At the bottom, click Change Role
