Settlement payouts add commission from a listing to an Agent Ledger. These can be done from a number of locations in Agent Ledgers, but it is the same process when you run it.
Please Note: Commission Worksheet ver 2 must have been used on the listing. To change the version of the worksheet you have used, go to the commissions tab on the listing and click on Worksheet Settings in the top right-hand corner. Also, you must issue a Commission Invoice, not a Custom Invoice. For more info about creating Commission Invoices, see - Commissions: Creating Commission Invoices.
Add Settlement Payout
To get started:
- Click the Red Plus ('+') button
- Choose Add Settlement Payout
- Select the listing that you wish to process
- Click Continue
- A new screen will appear with a summary of the commission payout - for more info see: Agent Ledgers and Xero Integration: Editing a Settlement Payout
- Once you've fished, click Save Changes
Adding from the Commission Worksheet
If you're viewing a Commission Worksheet, you can also do it from there:
- Open the Commission Worksheet on a listing
- When you get to Section 4, click Add a payment
Please Note: If there is a remaining balance you don't want to pay to the agent, click Ignore remaining balance.
