You might find there's times you need to Unarchive or Duplicate an older listing so you can advertise again, copy content from it, or advertise it twice.
There are several different methods for this, each with their own benefits:
- Back on Market - This method is used if your sale falls through, or the new tenants break lease. This doesn't create a new listing, it moves your archived record back to being available. This must be used if the listing was advertised in the last 60 Days on Realestate.com.au. See Put an Archived Listing Back on the Market
- List as New Listing - Use this option when you have an older listing you want to use as a base for a new listing. Say if you Sold a listing and you want to now list as a Rental - or you sold the property a year ago and now the current vendor wants to sell. See List an Old Listing as a New Listing
- Duplicate Listing - If you have an existing listing and you want to market it as another listing type, you would use this. E.g. you are advertising the listing to be sold and also leased at the same time. See Duplicating a Listing
