When a new listing enquiry lands, open home attendance is lodged or when an interested buyer is invited to a private inspection, the system can intelligently and automatically create a match profile for you. Using the listing they enquired about or inspected, we pull out the important attributes like location, bedrooms and price, and we set them as the match criteria according to your configuration.
But won’t that mean I’ll have a tonne of match profiles for inactive buyers? Well, we have thought of that too! We are also introducing the optional auto-archival of match profiles, so you can focus on chasing active buyers who have expressed recent interest, and let the system do the data management for you. Auto-archival is configurable as well, so this will all happen in the background.
