Keeping a match profile up to date for every buyer who enquires or inspects takes time. Rex can create buyer match profiles for you automatically, so each interested buyer is captured from their first touch point without manual data entry.
How It Works
Rex can automatically create a match profile when:
- a new listing enquiry lands
- an open home attendance is lodged
- a buyer is invited to a private inspection
Rex uses the listing they enquired about or inspected, pulls out the key attributes (location, bedrooms, and price), and sets them as the match criteria based on your configuration.
Keeping Your Profiles Tidy
To stop inactive buyers cluttering your list, you can also turn on the optional auto-archival of match profiles. This lets you focus on active buyers who have shown recent interest, while Rex archives older profiles in the background. Auto-archival is configurable, so you decide when it happens.
Setting It Up
Automated match profiles are configured in Settings > Match Profiles & Alerts. From there you can turn on automatic creation, choose which attributes become match criteria, and set up auto-archival.
Once it's configured, it runs in the background, so you can leave it to nurture your buyers from the first touch point.
