Using Advanced Privileges, you can assign multiple sets to a user, or turn off/on specific privileges. You'd use the 'Advanced Privileges Mode' in Rex when the default roles don't match your office's unique way of doing business. For example, you might find you want to give a user specific privileges that don't fall into a standard categorisation of a default role.

- See own ledger: Allows the agent to see own ledger

- Read Completed: Allows the user to view any lead once it has been processed. By default a user can only view leads that are assigned to them or that they can manage (Manage Assigned Leads, Manage Unassigned Leads)
- Assign Lead to Anyone: Allows the user to assign a lead to anyone. By default, user's can only assign leads to themselves or other members in their permission group.
- Manage Assigned Leads: Allows the user to manage (read/update) all leads that are assigned to someone regardless of who they are assigned to and whether they have been processed or not.
- Manage Unassigned Leads: Allows the user to manage (read/update) any leads that haven't yet been assigned to anyone. Users cannot view unassigned leads without this privilege.
- Trash: Allows the user to trash leads as long as they have rights to update / manage the lead.
- Purge: Allows the user to purge leads as long as they have rights to update / manage the lead.
