How do I preview a Listing without Publishing it to Portals?

Sometimes you need to provide a preview of a Listing to the vendor before it goes live on portal websites.

You can create a preview by generating an E-Brochure:

1. Create a Listing or go to a Listing record in Draft mode
2. In the right-hand pane, hover over Publish Settings and click on the red Edit button
3. Check Include in stocklist and manual e-marketing and make sure all other options are unchecked, then click Save
4. Click the Publish button.
   Note - once a Listing is Published it can't be reverted back to Draft mode.
5. Refresh your browser window
6. Click Brochure > View E-Brochure or Get E-Brochure Link
7. This will generate a preview of the Listing without having to publish it to portals

Once the Listing is ready to go live on websites, you can change the settings and upload to portals.

To upload the Listing to Portal websites:

1. In the right-hand pane, hover over Publish Settings and click on the red Edit button
2. Check Upload to Portals and any other option you need, then click Save
   This can't be deselected once published. To take down the listing from portals, you'll need to withdraw it or change the portal settings.
   For more information on the options you can select see Publish Settings.
   
3. Hover over Portal Settings in the right hand bar and click the Red 'pen' icon
4. Click the "play" button on the Portals you want to upload the Listing to, then click Save
   
5. It will now say the Listing is "queued for upload" in the Portal Settings section. The yellow dot will turn green once the Listing has successfully uploaded.
