AI Assist lets you get things done in Rex CRM by describing what you want in plain language, either typed or spoken. AI Assist then creates the records, books the calendar, and sends the follow-ups for you. Below is a working set of example prompts you can use straight away, grouped by task.
Please Note: Anything shown in square brackets, such as [Property address] or [Contact name], is a detail you fill in with your own information. Where prompts are joined with "then", that shows how you can keep refining a request across several messages in the same conversation.
Contact Management
Try Saying

Creates a new contact record, links it to an existing property record or creates a new one, and sets a phone call reminder.

Reads the details straight from the image and creates the contact.
