Please see steps below on how you can send email to contacts who viewed your listings.
Please Note: This option will only work if you left feedback on the listing for each contact who viewed your listing record.
- Go to Listings
- Under All Listings, choose Current.
- Choose the listing you need to send the email from
- Click Feedback
- Click View contacts linked to feedback
- A pop up box will appear to filter the linked contacts
- There are no required field on the pop up box hence you can leave the fields blank to pull ALL contacts you had feedback recorded on.
- Click Open List
- You'll be routed to another page with all the contacts.
- Tick the first checkbox to select all contacts or you can just tick the checkbox beside the contact you would like to send the email to
- Click Merge
- Choose Email

IMPORTANT REMINDER: When adding a note or feedback to a listing record, you must add the contact record in order for the above option works. If a contact is not added when a note or feedback is created, the system will not pull any contact record that will disregard the steps provided.
