How do I change my payment details?
You can view your account and change payment details by logging into the Billing Portal:
- From the left side menu go to Settings > Agency Settings & Branding
- Click on Account Billing and follow the prompt to login to your account
- Click on the button Open Billing Portal
- Here you can update your billing details, view plan details and see invoice history
Please note: to access this section you will need Super Admin privileges, or "Billing & Subscription" permissions in advanced privileges mode.
If you can't access this section you will need to ask the Super Admin user of your agency account to change your permissions. Please see Privileges: Advanced Privileges Mode
Can you please send a specific invoice?
If you'd like a copy of a specific invoice, please send through a request to the Customer Care team at support@rexsoftware.zendesk.com and we can pass this along to the Account team to touch base with you.
