The commission estimate section sits under the 'Key Details' tab on a listing record.
This section will be able to provide a commission estimate using the active offer for the listing. If no offer is active, then the commission estimate will be based on the 'Match As' price.
To add a Commission Estimate;
- Open the listing
- Under the Key Details tab, click on the Commission Estimate section
In here, you can select to use one of the Commission Structures or you can add a custom structure.
Please Note: To set a commission estimate on a listing, you must have the required privileges on your user to do so. Please contact a Super Admin in your office to have this organised.
