If you want to create a Pre-Listing kit for a potential Vendor, you need to create an Appraisal - there are a few required fields and they differ between Sales and Rentals.
Sales Appraisal
- Create a Property record (unless you already have one) - for more info, see Properties: Adding a Property Record
- Go to the Appraisal tab
- Click Add Appraisal
- Enter in the following minimum requirements:
- Date
- Agent 1
- Price - at least 1 price field (excluding the 'Rent (p/w)' field). This MUST be completed - so if you have no figure yet, enter $1 into one of the fields
- Click Save
Rental Appraisal
- Create a Property record (unless you already have one) - for more info, see Properties: Adding a Property Record
- Go to the Appraisal tab
- Click Add Appraisal
- Enter in the minimum requirements:
- Date
- Agent 1
- Enter a price to the 'Rent (p/w)' field only - if you add to any of the others, it will be sent as a sale
- Click Save
Please Note: If the property doesn't go through to the LJ Hooker Dashboard, please check:
• The price is entered to Appraisal
• Get your Admin to check and make sure you're linked to the LJ Hooker integration - see LJ Hooker Integration (LJ Hooker Offices only)
