LJ Hooker Franchise: Sending Appraisals to the LJ Hooker Dashboard for Pre-listing Kits

If you want to create a Pre-Listing kit for a potential Vendor, you need to create an Appraisal - there are a few required fields and they differ between Sales and Rentals.

Sales Appraisal

1. Create a Property record (unless you already have one) - for more info, see Properties: Adding a Property Record
2. Go to the Appraisal tab
3. Click Add Appraisal
4. Enter in the following minimum requirements:
   • Date
   • Agent 1
   • Price - at least 1 price field (excluding the 'Rent (p/w)' field). This MUST be completed - so if you have no figure yet, enter $1 into one of the fields
5. Click Save
   

Rental Appraisal

1. Create a Property record (unless you already have one) - for more info, see Properties: Adding a Property Record
2. Go to the Appraisal tab
3. Click Add Appraisal
4. Enter in the minimum requirements:
   • Date 
   • Agent 1
   • Enter a price to the 'Rent (p/w)' field only - if you add to any of the others, it will be sent as a sale
5. Click Save
