In order to have your agents appear on their Appraisals, Listings and Commisions sent to the Franchise centre, you must link them to the LJ Hooker Integration first - and set up Rex to send their ID for the LJ Hooker Website. These are actions you'll only need to do once, and should be done when ever you have a new staff member start at the office.
Setting up The LJ Hooker Integration
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to 'Admin' > 'Integrations'
- Open the 'LJHooker' integration
- Hover over the agent and click the drop down arrow
- Click 'Edit Credentials'
- Enter the Agent's LJH ID & Click 'Save'
- Repeat these steps for each Agent as required
Setting the Listing feed to the LJ Hooker Website
In order to have your Agents showing on their Listings when fed through to the LJ Hooker website, you'll also need to ensure their LJH ID is added to the 'user metadata' section of the LJ Hooker website (portal) feed.
To modify the User ID for portals, follow these steps;
- Go to 'Settings' > 'Portals and Publication Defaults' > 'Portals'
- Hover over the 'LJ Hooker Website' portal
- Click the dropdown arrow
- Choose 'Set User Metadata'
- Hover over the Agent & click the Dropdown arrow
- Choose 'Set Remote ID'
- Enter the Agent's LJH ID & Click 'Save'
- Repeat this action for each Agent as required
Please Note: If you don't know the agent's ID, touch base with LJH Head Office directly and they'll provide this for you.
