This section lets us add in our Advertising Providers/Suppliers - from there, we can add the products they supply and how much they cost. For example a Photographer and the different services that they provide.
You can get here by going to Settings > Advert Providers & Packs then choosing Advertising Providers on the left
Add a Advertising Provider
The first thing we need to do is a Provider
- Click the + button
- Enter a Provider Name in the first field
- Enter a Contact - please note, the contact needs to already be entered into Rex. If they do not appear when typing their name, close the window and add them from the Plus button next to the search. For info on adding contacts, see - Contacts: Adding a Contact
- Enter a Description of what the provider does - e.g. Photographer
- Click Save
Adding Products to the Advertising Provider
Now that we have an Advertising Provider, we can add the different Products/Services that they provide. If you just created the Provider, you'll see a new window - if you are modifying an existing Provider, just click on their name. If you need to modify the Providers details, click the Red Edit button next to their name
- Click + Add Product
- Add a Description of the product
- Select a category from the dropdown - custom categories can be added from custom values
- Enter a cost for the product - this is the cost to your agency
- Enter a price for the product - this is what will be charged in VPA
- If the Product/Service is GST Free check the box
- Click Save
- If the Provider has multiple Products/Services, repeat the process
