Where can I access my portal settings?
In the right-hand pane on your Listing Records, you'll find 'Portal Settings'. From here, you're able to select which Portals you wish the Listing(s) to feed to, and edit other settings.
- Feeding: the Property is live on this portal and any changes are uploaded automatically.
- Paused: the Property is live on this portal but no further changes are uploaded.
- Stopped: the Property does not exist on this portal.
You are also able to view 'Portal History' which will show you when the Listing was last uploaded and to which Portals.
Common Portal Errors
Generally you're able to view which portals the Listing hasn't uploaded to. The bullet point next to the Portal will be Red rather than Green, and will show an error in the right-hand pane of your Listing record under 'Portal Settings'. You're able to view the errors for the Portal by clicking 'view error log'.
A common error will show 'FTP' in the error heading. This means that the Portal itself was unable to process the feed at that time. To send through to this Portal, we suggest waiting half an hour before forcing the Listing through again. Click here for instructions on how to do this.
Listings are sent through to Portals every minute. If the error still shows after you've sent the Listing through again, you may need to contact the Portal's support team as this is a problem on their end and we'll be unable to assist.
