On Realcommercial.com.au, properties you have for sale and lease can be sent as one listing. This way you're not billed for two separate listings. The rental price will be attached to the sale record as it goes through to Realcommercial.com.au - but the rental listing will still be sent to the other portals, as a separate listing.
There are two ways you could do this:
- From a new Listing - use this method if you're starting from scratch for a new listing
- Already listed as two - use this method if you've been listing them as separate listings before this functionality was released
From a new Listing
- Create a Sale Listing and publish
- Click More > Duplicate
- Choose Commercial Rental as the listing type
- Click Save
- Update the pricing and record to suit
- In the right-hand pane, click on Portal settings
- In the new popup in the top right-hand corner, click Matching Commercial Listings
- Select the related Sale record
- Click Save
- Click Save again in Portal Settings
- Click Publish
Already Listed as Two Records
If you've already been sending as two, you have already paid for two listings. Though if you still wish to send, you'll need to:
- Go to your Rental record
- In the right-hand pane, click Portal Settings
- Click Stop on Realestate.com.au (Commercial)
- Click Save - this forces an update to Realcommercial.com.au to withdraw that record from their site
- Click back on Portal Settings
- Click Matching Commercial Listings in the top right-hand corner
- Select the related Sale record
- Click Save
- Click Play on Realestate.com.au (Commercial)
- Click Save again in Portal Settings
