The Marketing tab in the listing record houses your various marketing ads and links on your listing.
Advert
There are three different ad types with 3 different uses:
- Default Ad - This is used for the listing advert on the portals/websites. This will be used on all marketing if neither a Long Ad or Short Ad are provided
- Long Ad - This is used for your Brochures.
- Short Ad - Finally, this is for the Stock list, Newsletters and Match Alerts.
Before a listing can be published and sent to the portals, you’ll need to enter a Default Ad into the Marketing tab.
When typing your marketing text, make sure you click Save Changes frequently - you risk losing your content if you don't click save after an hour of typing.
Please note: coping over your marketing text from platforms like Microsoft Word can cause issues as it carries over odd characters and formatting. This can affect the listing uploading to portals.
Links
Here you can add in links to your listing. These include Virtual Tour, Video link, External Link, etc.
Choose your link type and then paste in your link then save your record.
