After having several Contacts view or enquire about a Listing, you might want to create a list of these Contacts for merges and other mass actions.
You can do this by following these steps;
- Go to the Listing
- From the Stream, click the Feedback Tab
- Click view list of contacts attached to feedback
- Select Feedback Type(s) or View All for a comprehensive list.
- Choose your Feedback type, then Open List
You will now have a list of Contacts you've entered into the Feedback section of a Listing. From here, you can select one or multiple Contacts to perform bulk merges, export data, or to add Tags or Mailing Lists.
A good reason to use this function may be to send a bulk email merge to everyone who's inspected the Property to remind them of an upcoming Auction.
Please Note: Using this function to send a merge to the resulting list of Contacts won't link back to the related Listing record. This means that at this time, any email, letter or SMS sent using this function will not be added to your Vendor Report.
