Rex does not allow a Contract to be deleted once it's been created - it can however be marked as 'Fallen' from the Legal tab.
To do this:
- Go to the Listing record
- Open the Legal Tab
- Hover over the Contract you wish to mark as fallen
- Click the action arrow
- Select Change Status from the dropdown
- Click Mark as Fallen
- Ensure the fallen date is correct
- Click Save
To undo a fallen contract status, follow the above steps and toggle the fallen status to no.
