Most of the Information in the More Info tab comes in from the corresponding More Info tab on the Property record. The 'More Info' tab is split off into the following sections:
- Features - Enter the features of the property (Air Conditioning, Built in Wardrobes, Deck, etc). The features included in Rex are from a current list of supported features by Realestate.com.au. For info on adding your own custom features, see Custom Values: Adding Custom System Values
- Views - Any views the property has, like City, Ocean, Mountain, etc
- Ideal For - Choose the type of renter
- Rental Allowances (Residential and Holiday Rentals only) - Choose from Furnished, Pet-Friendly, or Smokers
- Other Details - Enter the exterior for the property, roofing and the energy rating
- Valuation - Information from the last valuation can be put here
- Rates - The current rates on the property
