When listing a property, the information in the Key Details tab on the Property record will be imported into here. Because they are linked, if you change any info that appears in both records, like bedrooms, it will update across both.
The Key Details on a Listing record are split into several areas:
- Price - Enter pricing info for the listing, as a phrase or numerical value. Include an "advertise as" price and a "match as" price. For info on changing the price once you've published, see Listings-Publication: Price Updates Post-Publication
"Advertise As" - Listing price as displayed in Rex and external marketing
"Match As" - Dictates the price that the portals will attempt to match against when clients search for your Listing
- Details (For Business Listings only) - You can enter the ROI (Return on Investment), takings and if it is part of a franchise
- Land Characteristics (Land Listings Only) - Enter your information about the Land in here. Frontage, Crossover, Depth Left, Right, and Rear
- Outgoings (Commercial Listings only) - Commercial listings have this section so you can include outgoing funds per annum and if that's included in the rent
- Property Attributes - This info comes from the Key Details section on the property record. Enter the bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, etc
- Property Area - Enter information about the land/build area for the record
- Listing Details - In listing details, you enter info about the sale. So the authority type, Listing/expiry dates and the agents on the listing
- Property Access - Here you can enter internal info that is not sent to the portals like alarm code, requirements for visit and a small section for brief notes
- Keys - Here you can track your keys for the property, the status (whether they're currently check in or out), the location of the key and the option to check out or in the key - see Key Registry for more info
