When listing a property, the first thing you need to choose is the Listing type. This will determine what subcategories you'll have access to and key details, in turn, what area on the portals it will appear in.
The Listing types are as below:
- Business - This is no longer supported by REA.com.au.
- Commercial Rental/Sale
- Holiday Rental
- Land - This is used for new residential land only. For other land types, you must use Rural. For commercial land, use a Commercial listing type.
- Residential Rental
- Residential Sale
- Rural
