Open Home and Auction times are automatically added to your calendar when you add the times to the events tab on a Listing record.
Other appointments can be added to your Rex calendar by adding an 'Appointment' reminder type in Rex.
You can add appointments from Contact, Listing & Property records. Follow the below steps to add an appointment:
- Go to the Contact, Listing or Property record you want to add an appointment to
- Click the Reminders tab
- Click Add reminder
- In the 'type' drop down, select Appointment
- Select who you want the appointment assigned to
- Add a date and time for the reminder
- Attach a related record (either a Property or Contact record, depending on where you are adding the reminder from)
- Add a description
- Click Save
