Tracks let you add a group of Reminders. Say you have a Track for Appraisals that has several Reminders - like follow up calls, sending a letter, etc. Adding the Track will add all Reminders at one time. For more info on building Tracks, see Tracks: Adding a Track
Adding a Track to a Record
To add a Track you need to:
- From the record you want to apply it to, go to the Reminders tab
- Click Add Track +
- Choose the Track you wish to use under Track Name
- Choose a Start Date
- Choose a Related Contact
- Click Save
