To add a Valuation to a Property record in Rex, follow these steps:
Please Note: There are two types of Valuation you can add - Sale and Let Valuation
Adding a Sale Valuation
- Go to Properties
- Select the Property record you want to add a Valuation record to, or create one: see Adding a Property Record
- Go to the Valuations tab
- Click + Add sale valuation
- Add their interest level (Hot, Warm or Cold) - this lets you identify prospecting and sales trends for your properties in Rex as this is the tagging of how interested the enquiries and inspection contacts were.
- Add the date of the Valuation
- Add the agent who conducted the Valuation - you can add up to 2 agents
- Add a min and max price
- Add the vendors asking price
- Add rent frequency (if it is a Let valuation type).

- Select Save
Adding a Letting Valuation
Adding Let Valuation is almost the same as the steps for adding Sale Valuation, however, it just differs when adding the asking and rent frequency:
Frequency can be Week. Month, Quarter and Year:
Once done adding the Valuation, this will now be listed under 'Active Valuation' in the Valuation tab on the Property record.
