How can I update my Credit Card details for Billing?
Super Admin users now have the ability to update the Agency's Credit Card details being used for billing of their subscription fees.
Keep in mind, only users with the 'Access Billing Centre' privilege applied to their profile will be able to access this section - and this privilege is automatically granted to all Super Admin users.
The 'Account Billing' section can be accessed from the main menu via 'Settings' > 'Agency & Branding' > 'Account Billing'
Once you're here, click the Blue 'Open Billing Portal' button, and you'll be taken through to a 'Stripe' page, where you'll be able to update and save your:
- Billing Contact info
- Credit Card info
Once you're done here, there's nothing more you'll need to do.
Please Note: This option is currently only relevant for Credit Card customers. If direct debit details need to be updated, please contact the Customer Care team on support@rexsoftware.com.au with the updated details.
