The EPC integration with Gov UK allows you to pull through EPC data onto the compliance section on a listing record.
To setup the EPC integration you will need to sign up through this URL: https://get-energy-performance-data.communities.gov.uk/guidance/energy-certificate-data-apis
You will need to create an account if you don't already have one in order to access the required Authentication token.
- Sign in, or create a new account if you don't have one yet.

Scroll down to the "My Bearer Token" section and copy the code shown.
- Next, navigate back to Rex CRM
- Go to Admin > Integrations > Open Data Communities.
- Click "Edit Account Details" and add in the Authentication Token code you just copied.
- Click Save
You will now be able to generate EPC details on the compliance section on a listing record.
