What Is Considered a Multiple-Name Contact
A contact will not be eligible for AML checks if it includes:
- More than one person in a single record
- Example: “Mr & Mrs Murray”
- Multiple name entries within the same contact
- Example:
- Mr Robert Murray
- Dr Brenda Murray
- Example:
- Combined first names or titles referring to multiple people
Even if the contact appears correct elsewhere in Rex, it will not appear in the AML submission list.
No Related Contacts (Pending Submission)
If no eligible contacts are linked to the listing:
- An empty state is shown
- This means there are:
- no contacts available for AML checks yet or
- the related contact has multiple names
You’ll need to add or link the appropriate contacts to the listing before continuing.
