Activating the FirstAML Integration in Rex
π Admin access required Only Rex CRM administrators can activate and configure the FirstAML integration.
Overview
Before agents can submit AML checks from Rex, an administrator must activate the FirstAML integration and connect it to your agency's FirstAML account. This is a one-time setup.
Once activated, Rex will automatically sync your FirstAML offices and agents, and your team will be ready to submit AML cases directly from listings.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready before starting:
- Admin access to Rex CRM

Client ID and Client Secret from your FirstAML account
- These can be found in your FirstAML console under Account or API Settings
- Check out the following link for more details: Requesting your API Client-ID and Client Secret
- An active FirstAML account for your agency
Step 1 β Find FirstAML in Integrations
- In Rex CRM, go to Admin in the main navigation
- Click Integrations
- Select the Discover tab
Note: The Discover tab is only visible if FirstAML has not yet been activated. If you see FirstAML listed under your active integrations instead, the integration has already been set up.
Step 2 β Activate the Integration
- Locate FirstAML in the Discover tab
- Click Activate
FirstAML will now appear in your active integrations list.
Step 3 β Enter Your Account Credentials
- Click Edit on the FirstAML integration tile
- Click Connect Account
- Enter your Client ID and Client Secret
- Click Save
Once saved, Rex will attempt to connect to your FirstAML account. A successful connection is confirmed when the Last Sync date updates to today's date and current time.
Step 4 β Verify the Sync
After a successful connection, Rex will pull in the following from your FirstAML account:
- Office names and Office IDs
- Agent accounts β mapped by email address
To confirm the sync was successful, check that:
- The Last Sync timestamp is current
- Your agent list is visible on the integration details page
Important: Rex maps agents using their email address. Each agent's Rex email must match the email registered in their FirstAML account. Agents without a matching FirstAML account will not appear in the list.

If you experience issues connecting your account or the sync does not complete successfully, check that your Client ID and Client Secret are correct and that your FirstAML account is active. Contact support if the issue persists.
