Automate Tracks in the Sales Lifecycle
You can now automatically add or remove Tracks at key moments in the property sales lifecycle. This feature ensures the right workflows are triggered at the right time—without relying on manual action.

Where to Find It
Automation Rules
Navigate to:
Settings → Automations
Automation Permissions
To manage access:
Settings → Users & Security → Users → Privileges → Automation Rules
Only users with the appropriate privilege can create, edit, enable, or disable automation rules.
How Tracks Behave
Tracks added by automations behave exactly the same as Tracks added manually.
You’ll find them in the same locations on:
- Listings
- Contacts
- Properties
- Appraisals
They include the same reminders, visibility settings, and functionality as manually added Tracks.
