1. I can’t see REIP Nexus under Integrations.
Make sure you’re an Admin in Rex. Only admins can view and activate integrations.
2. My team can’t import properties even after we’ve connected Nexus.
Check user permissions within the integation. Only users with the “Import property” permission can access the import function.
3. I don’t see any results when I search for a property.
Double-check spelling, suburb, or postcode.
If you still can’t find the property, confirm that it’s available in the Nexus database.
4. I’ve linked a property but don’t see Nexus data.
Reload on the property record.
Ensure your Nexus subscription includes the reports or data type you’re trying to access.
