REIP Nexus: Setting Up the Integration

Follow these steps to set up the REIP Nexus integration in Rex:

Step 1: Connect Your Nexus Account

1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Discover

2. Locate REIP Nexus and click Activate

3. Give the integration a name

4. Save your connection.
    

Step 2: Set User Permissions

1. Open the REIP Nexus integration page

2. Hover over each user & click the dropdown arrow

3. Click 'Edit Permissions' & grant the “Import property” option

Step 3: Start Importing & Linking Properties

• From the Applications menu
  - Select 'Applications' from the main menu & open the Nexus application.
  - At this point, you'll be redirected to REIP's website to enter your login credentials for their site
  - Once you've logged in, select Import Property to bring Nexus records into Rex.

• From a Property record in Rex
  - Open any existing property record
  - Click your the Nexus option in the 'Third Party Integrations' section down the right side of the page
  - Use the Link to REIP Nexus option to connect it to rich Nexus data.
