Follow the below steps to share the Rex Hub login with your Vendor;
- Open your Listing
- Click the 'Reports' dropdown
- Click 'Share Rex Hub Login'
- Check the Login workflow to make sure Contact and email details are correct
- Click 'Send Link' > 'Done'
Your vendor will receive a secure, time-limited link by email that lets them access their portal without needing a password. It's unique to them and protects their information.
Just repeat the above steps if your vendor needs a fresh link in future.
If your Vendor isn't receiving the email, have them check their spam/junk folder first.
If the message isn't in any of their mailboxes, please contact the Rex support team to request email tracking through our third party sending service.
