To keep things simple and secure, owners receive a signed link via email. This link provides secure, one-click access to the Owner Portal.
Why We Use Signed Links
No password to remember – access is tied to the owner’s email address.
No app to install – everything is web-based and mobile-friendly.
Secure by design – the link is sent to a verified email address (which may already be protected by multi-factor authentication).
What Vendors Need to Do
Open the email sent by the agent.
Click the link to open the Vendor Portal.
Bookmark the page for easy access in future.
Need a New Link?
If the link expires or is lost, the agent can resend it to the Vendor at any time.
