Rex now offers a native integration with MyConnect, a leading utility-connection service provider. This integration enables your agency to automatically send verified buyer and tenant details to MyConnect when a sale becomes Unconditional or a rental application is Accepted. MyConnect then contacts your clients directly to arrange electricity, gas, internet, and other essential services—while your agency earns the agreed referral fee.

Quickly enable the integration by entering your MyConnect ID in REX. Once activated, you can say goodbye to manual utility-lead management.
Automated Workflows
REX automatically sends:
Buyer details when a sale is marked 'Unconditional'
Tenant details when a rental application is 'Accepted'
These triggers align with your existing workflows—no training or process changes required.
Built-in Consent Management
All purchasers and applicants are opted in by default once the integration is enabled. Agents can opt out any individual at any time using a toggle available on the:
Listing record - found in the right hand pane under 'Third Party Integrations'
Rental Application
Contact profile - found in the right hand pane under 'Third Party Integrations'
One setting per contact, accessible from multiple areas in the system.
Where to Find the Integration;
To activate the MyConnect integration:
From the main menu, go to 'Admin' > 'Integrations' > 'Discover'
Find MyConnect here & click 'Activate' > 'Edit'
Click 'Connect Account' & enter your agency’s MyConnect ID
Consent to sharing contact information
Click 'Save'
